fixes OSQA-390 by adding a default sitemap.xml to the robots file. This might not work completely with sub-directories, but there's a whole slew of issues to fix around that anyway.

I don't think this was an issue but it was annoying me. I made it so the the text in the dialog box becomes visible after the animation.
