Add a --validate-variables option to check that interpolated Ruby i18n
variables (C<{{foo}}> and C<[[foo]]>) are equivalent in the two
provided files.

Depend on 5.10 because I'm lazy and want to use smart-matching
script/locale/diff diff | blob | history
